1. Services
NeolinkWeb provides website creation services, including design, development, and content management guidance.
Hosting and domain are included for one year; after that, clients are responsible for renewal fees.
Premium plugins or additional features may incur extra charges, which will always be discussed before purchase.
Revisions are included according to the chosen package (Starter, Business, Enterprise).
2. Payments
All pricing is one-time and upfront, unless otherwise agreed.
There are no hidden fees. Hosting, domain, and standard plugins are included for the first year.
3. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines depend on the package and project complexity, typically 1–6 weeks.
NeolinkWeb will maintain communication throughout the project.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
Delays in providing content may affect project timelines.
5. Content Management & Training
NeolinkWeb provides initial guidance and a 40-minute content management session (for Enterprise package) to help clients manage website content.
Clients are responsible for ongoing content updates.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are not provided once the website is delivered, except in cases of non-delivery or breach of contract.
Cancellations before project start can be discussed case by case.
7. Liability
NeolinkWeb is not liable for third-party software, plugins, or hosting issues.
We ensure websites are delivered functional and secure at the time of handover.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
